We want you to love your My Barefoot Baby experience, and we pride ourselves on our customer care. However, as a small business dealing in hygiene-sensitive products, we have strict guidelines in place.
The "Hygiene Rule" (Please Read Carefully) Due to Australian Health & Hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used bedding products (sheets, pillowcases, underlays).
Change of Mind Returns We understand plans change and things happen, so we are happy to offer a store credit or refund for "Change of Mind" under the following conditions:

The item is 100% unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

60-Day Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return policy for any products that are faulty or do not meet our high-quality standards. If you believe your grounding underlay is not performing as it should, please reach out to us at hello@mybarefootbaby.com.au so we can troubleshoot or arrange an exchange.
Conductivity Guarantee
Every grounding underlay is vetted by our co-founder (a qualified Australian Electrician). We guarantee the conductivity of your 12% silver fibre for the life of the product, provided our Care Instructions are followed.
Faulty or Defective Items We stand by the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect (e.g., a snap button issue or fabric tear), we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

Warranty: Our grounding cords and sheets come with a 3 year warranty against manufacturing defects, as long as proper care has been applied.

Conductivity: Our grounding sheets are designed to only need washing every 2-3 months, which means your sheet should last you over 3 years.
3 Year Warranty
1. What is Covered
This warranty covers original defects in material or workmanship under normal residential use for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. This includes:

Conductivity: Failure of the silver lattice to maintain a ground connection (provided care instructions were strictly followed).

Manufacturing Defects: Issues with stitching, hemlines, or the connection stud/snap.
2. What is Not Covered
To maintain the integrity of the silver fibres, specific care is required. This warranty does not cover:

Improper Care: Damage caused by using bleach, fabric softeners, or oils/lotions (which can coat the silver and destroy conductivity).

Normal Wear and Tear: Natural pilling of cotton, slight discoloration, or softening of the fabric over time.

External Damage: Snags, tears, or burns caused by pets, jewelry, or sharp objects.

Unauthorized Modifications: Repairs made by third parties or use of non-original grounding cords.
3. Care Instruction Compliance
This warranty is only valid if the product has been laundered according to the provided Care Guide.
4. How to Make a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please email our support team at hello@mybarefootbaby.com.au with:

Your Order Number or proof of purchase.

Clear photos of the defect or a description of the conductivity issue.

A brief summary of your washing routine to help us troubleshoot.
5. Remedy
If a defect is confirmed, My Barefoot Baby will, at our discretion, either:

Replace the product with a brand-new equivalent.

Repair the item if the defect is minor (e.g., a loose connection stud).

Provide a store credit if the specific model is no longer in stock.
How to Lodge a Return

For Change of Mind, we will provide you with a return address.

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 business days.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please email us immediately. We pride ourselves on fast packing! If the order has already been dispatched, it will need to be processed as a "Change of Mind" return (shipping costs will apply).
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we happily accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing on full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item:

Received a Faulty Item?
We take great care to ensure all products meet our high standards. If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible. If the fault is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you.
